Honorio Bulos, MD, FAAP
Dr. Bulos is originally from the Philippines. He graduated from the University of the East College of Medicine in 1993 and completed a one-year rotating internship at the Philippines General Hospital. Before coming to the United States, in 1996, he joined his alma mater’s Department of Preventive and Community Medicine as an instructor for a year. He finished his three-year Pediatric Residency training at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in 1999. After he passed his board certification exam, he worked for three years in Ellijay. He then joined his wife, Carmina Babao, and together they started Dawson Pediatrics in 2005. For the next three years, he worked part-time in numerous practices in Gainesville, Jonesboro, Norcross, and Buford. He is currently the managing partner of Dawson Pediatrics. He has a special interest in asthma, nutrition, behavioral and mental health. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with family and friends, and watching his three boys’ activities in soccer, basketball, taekwondo, and cross country.
